A slow walk down the straight and narrow, with a heart bent towards union with God.

I find myself in an interesting merge of the marketplace and ministry. My time is primarily dedicated to being a present father and husband, and to running my marketing agency, Advocate 1917. Throughout the day, I inevitably find myself pondering God and wrestling with Him. There's a middle ground I believe exists where God desires us to dwell.

It's the tension between His patience and wrath, His mercy and justice, His love and severity. So what you'll find on this site will come from that wrestle. There are obvious frameworks I keep in place in my wrestling to abate falling into heresy or deception. In my studies, I developed an acute awareness of Church history and the patterned behaviors of mankind — specifically when it comes to massaging Scripture to soothe our pain.

I completed my MDiv at Liberty University, graduating in May 2025, with a cognate (focus) in Church History. I've also attended a two-year ministry school with two subsequent years leading at that school. I've spoken dozens of times publicly and completed two internships within different churches.
